Not only are these dyes fully traceable, they have been grown organically in a climate beneficial way, using a no-dig system and peat free compost.
Scabious ‘Black Knight’ flowers are bright purple, but dye greens and blues in the pot! They also work really well in bundle dyes and eco prints, producing pops of purple and blue on cloth and yarn.
The flowers have been dried whole and the packs will include a mixture of dried and whole flowers.
Available in 25g packets which are sealed and resealable to ensure freshness. 20g of dried scabious will dye 100g of yarn a bright green. An information sheet will be included in the package with dye recipes and colour ideas.
