Collaborations
Three Acres of Colour - 2023- ongoing - work with artist Garry Fabian Miller on his collaborative ‘Three Acres of Colour’ project where a piece of his work is being reimagined in panels woven by Bristol Weaving Mills, using a bespoke Dartmoor yarn & dyes grown by a local farm. My role is to provide natural dye samples, colour tests and consulting regarding extracting of natural, local colour from plants.
Future Fashion Landscapes - 2024 - 25 - “Fostering biodiversity through collaborations between farmers, designers, and processors of native and rare breed wool.” A design-led project where designers are paired with wool producing farms in their region. In this project I am designing and making piece of knitwear made using rare breed wool and wild dyes from Tamarisk Farm in Dorset.
BFTT/UAL x Grady & Robinson + Mulberry - 2022 - Project working with a research and development team at BFTT in the University of the Arts London, in collaboration with Grady & Robinson (now British Pasture Leather). The commission was to sample natural dyes on regenerative, traceable leather using plants grown in my garden.
Aardman Animations - 2021 - A commission by Aardman Animations to produce a hand knitted ‘skin’ for a model computer game character using local wool. I worked closely with the chief model maker to create the bespoke piece to a tight deadline.
Knitwear and Natural Dye Commissions

Wool Decanted - design development and small scale production of machine knitted textiles using their British wool yarn.
Alpaca Knitwear - A knitwear commission using the clients’ own alpaca yarn, consisting of several jumpers and accessories.
