Not only are these dyes fully traceable, they have been grown organically in a climate beneficial way, using a no-dig system and peat free compost.
I grow a special dyer’s variety of chamomile, which produces a rich yellow dye in the pot. They also work really well in bundle dyes and eco prints.
The flowers have been dried whole and the packs will include a mixture of petals and whole flowers.
Available in 25g packs which are sealed and resealable to ensure freshness. 25g of dried dyer’s chamomile will dye 100g of fibre a warm yellow shade. An information sheet will be included in the package with dye recipes and colour ideas.
