The Boxy Crop - Monochrome Colour Pop II
The second in the Spring 2022 mini collection of Ria’s popular Boxy Crop sweaters. This edition showcases the white and grey undyed Shetland-Romney yarns, with stripes of colour knitted in leftover naturally yarns from her Autumn-Winter collection. Like all Boxy Crops, this is a unique colourway.
The jumper has a loose, drapey fit that is perfect for trans-seasonal dressing. It’s cropped to the waist, making it perfect for wearing over dresses, with dungarees or with high waisted skirts and jeans.
As with all Ria Burns Knitwear pieces, the yarn used is our bespoke Shetland-Romney lambswool from Fernhill Farm in Somerset. The yarn has been dyed by Ria using homegrown plants, and knitted on her vintage knitting machine in her Bristol studio.
